Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders within our standard shipping zones, we offer:

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional fee.

Volumetric Weight Explained
For our larger items like oversized jute rugs and poufs, shipping costs may be calculated based on volumetric weight (also known as dimensional weight). This is because the space a package occupies on a carrier's truck can cost more than the package's actual weight, especially for light but bulky items.
Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the package's length, width, and height (in centimeters) and then dividing that total by a standard cubic conversion factor. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipping costs are charged based on the volumetric weight.
This method ensures that shipping costs are fair and reflective of the resources required to transport larger items.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you a follow-up email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sutra Rachna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sutra Rachna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
