We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our jute rugs and poufs. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, customized items or special orders cannot be returned due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@sutrarachna.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return approval and instructions on how to proceed. We may provide a return shipping label, depending on the reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any forms we provided.
- Send the item to our return address as provided in our return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sutrarachna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sutrarachna.com for exchange instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Sutra Rachna, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Jute Rugs & Poufs. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we've crafted a straightforward Return & Exchange Policy.
Return Policy
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sutrarachna.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange Policy
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately at support@sutrarachna.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Exchange for a different item: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to faulty or damaged items, Sutra Rachna will cover the shipping costs. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the new item.
Additional Information
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
